1. Overview

This Money Back Guarantee applies if your access to the service (the "Service") was purchased directly through our website Rainbow.ai. Purchases made through an app store are subject to that store's refund policies, and you must contact the app store's support for any refund requests.

2. Acceptance of Policy

By using the Service on any device, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this Money Back Guarantee policy along with any applicable laws. Continued use of the Service after changes to this policy are posted will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

3. Purchases and Payments

You can purchase access to paid content through the website using available payment methods, which may vary by region. The cost will be displayed on the checkout screen, and access to content is granted immediately after successful transaction validation. Payment processing is handled by third-party services, and we do not store your payment details.

4. Money-Back Conditions

All purchases are final, but refunds may be issued in the following cases:

8. Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. To cancel, contact customer service or use the cancellation link provided. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. Canceling stops automatic renewal, but access remains until the end of the current paid period.
